 NDI Corp. Promotes Robert J. Virella to Chief Operating Officer
MOONACHIE, NEW JERSEY (May 4, 2009) - NDI Corp., a leader in custom engineered foam products, announced today that Robert J. Virella has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Virella, who joined New Dimension Industries in 1991 as the General Manager, has risen through the ranks in this ever changing industry. The company has quadrupled in size in that time frame, from a small family owned company to a corporate conglomerate with three sub-divisions.
With his experience and knowledge base, Mr. Virella has helped developed the operations and systems that NDI Corp. uses today. His new responsibilities will include overseeing all operations of the organization and ensuring the successes of each division.
Mr. Virella has consistently shown his commitment and dedication to the company. In addition to building and maintaining a first-class management team, he will be responsible for the performance of all NDI Corp. businesses and for working with all the company staff. This will include, but is not limited to, successfully implementing a vision and long-term strategy for NDI Corp., developing operating plans and budgets, and reporting regularly to the board on the operation of NDI Corp.'s businesses.
